Hey, we have something in common, we’re both trying to get to tha Bean from Europe…unfortuantely, from what little I’ve seen, there is no cheaper route and you’re looking to pay about 00+ for a plane ticket :-< regardless of which airline you choose to go with! Maybe you can find a steal with a last minute ticket [if your dates are flexible] but I doubt it will be THAT much cheaper...wish you all the best though! :-D
What do you think? Answer below!

Brussels has only a relatively small international airport, you should travel 200 kilometres to the north (directly by train) to Amsterdam, which has one of europes biggest airports with lots of connections to the US for example direct flights to Boston operated by US Airways or Delta/NWA.
Brussels also has direct highspeed bullet train connections (Eurostar) to London and Paris (each about two hours to travel) which has also a lot of direct connections to Boston (for example with Continental, Airfrance or British Airways).
One of the cheapest ways would be to fly with Aer Lingus (flagcarrier of Ireland) via Dublin from London – oneway from about 250 Euros / 300 Dollars.
US Airways has a promotion going on. Brussels to Boston for $672 USD. Other US cities cheaper. Check it out.

Use a flight comparison web site based in Europe. They spider sites across the internet for flight prices. Using Momondo, I found return flights in June from Brussels to Boston for about $530. Midweek flights are cheapest, if you have flexible dates avoid flying on the weekend.
